Decaf Swiss Water Process Costa Rica Tarrazú Don Roberto

The Decaf SWP Costa Rica Tarrazu Don Roberto is grown in the Tarrazu region between 4,200 - 5,900 masl and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process (SWP).

The SWP method is done in small batches and is 100% chemical free. The green beans are pre-soaked in water and introduced to Green Coffee Extract (GCE), a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee's particular flavor.
