Since we opened our first office in Houston in 1983, with a few desks and a giant fax machine, we’ve continued to embrace this incredible, diverse city and to grow our team. In 2008, we moved to our current office, on Highway 249, and since then we've continued to cobble together more space, as our building’s real-estate situation (and our creativity) allowed.

So, we couldn’t be happier to share that our Houston team is getting a brand new home Dec. 3, on Summer Street, in Houston's historic Old Sixth Ward.

We found an incredible, empty-box of a space—the former studio of sculptor David Adickes—and we designed a beautiful, true coffee office from the ground up. It’s also just a mile-plus northwest of downtown, which should be a lot more convenient for a lot more folks.

Because nothing is simple or easy about moving, our principal place of business (in legal speak) will remain the same for the next few weeks. So, don’t be concerned if you continue to see our old address on invoices for a little while.

Back to the fun part: The Summer Street office will be ideal for cuppings and parties and hosting (because isn’t coffee all about community?) and we’re already planning a housewarming for early 2019. Expect an invitation soon!
