It’s nearly that time of month again, when we open our doors, fill our quality lab tables with beautiful coffees, engage in great conversations—and then enjoy some tacos!

After our last Taco Tuesday—which focused on cold brew, brought about some really super discussions and was our first to take place at all three offices—we’re slightly tweaking the format.

Houston will continue with its regularly scheduled program: 9 a.m. cupping followed by breakfast tacos at 10.

San Diego and Providence will host cuppings at 11 a.m., followed by tacos at noon.

We hope this schedule will accommodate workloads and traffic realities a bit better! And as always, please rsvp asap to the office you plan to visit, so we can order enough tacos:
