Shinzidiwili Amcos is grown by just 20 small-coffee producers in the Mbeya region, South Western Tanzania. The Neumann Kaffee Gruppe has worked with these farmers to help them organize and provided the capital to establish washing stations and post harvest training to improve quality. The result has been increased quality in the cup and nearly a 40% increase in earnings during the first year of operation.
