The Annex Warehouse in San Leandro, CA, has changed its ordering deadlines. So, we’re urging West Coast roasters and everyone who ships coffee from this Oakland-area warehouse to please make a note and adjust your ordering times, to avoid disappointments and delays.

InterAmerican traders must receive all coffee releases and delivery instructions by 10 a.m. PT, 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SHIPPING DATE.

That means, if you’d like an order to ship on Friday, please order no later than 10 a.m. PT Wednesday. If you’d like an order to ship Monday, please order no later than (or, well before!) 10 a.m. Thursday.

Holidays, of course, bring their own delays, so ahead of any major holiday, we ardently suggest adding as many extra days to the process as possible.

There’s nothing we want more than to see each of you thrilled and excited and enjoying your coffee, without incident. So pretty please, write it on a Post It, set a calendar alarm, tie a string around your finger, but don’t forget: 48 hours ahead, and by 10 a.m. at the very latest. And thank you! •
